A first time investor in property, Mark was looking to better use money that was losing value due to high inflation rates. He wanted immediate income from a hands-off, long term investment, and we therefore agreed that he would be uninvolved in project and property management. But as the refurbishment developed, Mark expressed that he would like a larger role and enjoyed being more involved in decorating and dressing the property.

Project History
Bloomfield was our 13th project as a family property group but our first using an HMO model. It was with this model that Chris first began working on the portfolio full time, and 6 years later it continues to be a high cashflowing asset and is home to 5 friendly tenants pursuing careers in the city.

Although a new build, we added an additional bedroom and an extra ensuite, while retaining a welcoming common space and a well-equipped shared kitchen.
