We are Chris, Harry and Samantha, who together run our family group of property companies. Our passion is in working flexibly with investors to produce high quality, homely accommodation for our tenants in Bristol. Prior to Haddan Homes, Chris had a successful career as a business analyst and later worked across Europe as a sales and marketing specialist. His passion has always been in property, however, and he welcomed transitioning his experience of investment analysis and marketing to projects within the housing industry.
Chris now holds over 30 years of industry experience in the property market and has a breadth of knowledge covering projects large and small in buy-to-sell, buy-to-let, houses of multiple occupation, serviced accommodation, renovation and guaranteed rent. He has a history of generating passive income for investors, property owners and property-newcomers alike, and is passionate about the opportunities property offers for long term passive income, the development of intergenerational wealth, and the creation of high quality living spaces.
